
1 cup mayonnaise (Hellman’s or Burman)
1 cup Ketchup
4 tbsp – 6 tbsp Lea & Perrin’s Worcestershire sauce (others taste like crap) I add it till the sauce looks a medium pinkish brown
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp Sassafras Seasoning
Whisk all together and can keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
Serve with any seafood or on a fried shrimp or oyster Po Boy
